OrbVora Publishing — Terms of Service
Effective date: 9 October 2026
1. Operator and service
OrbVora Publishing is the OrbVora workspace in a self-hosted Postiz installation at https://social.leonessadigital.com. It helps authorized operators prepare, schedule and publish OrbVora content through connected social accounts.
The service is operated by Luciano Nery, Via per Vobarno, 3, Brescia, Italia. Contact: [email protected], telephone +39 320 834 5674.
These terms cover the publishing integration. They do not govern playing the OrbVora game or using another workspace in the shared installation.
2. Access and acceptance
Access is by invitation to operators authorized to manage OrbVora content and accounts. The service currently serves OrbVora's internal publishing workflow; it is not an open registration service for unrelated creators.
Before using the service, read these terms and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the integration. Only connect an account you own or have permission to administer. Keep your service credentials and API keys confidential, and report suspected misuse to the contact above.
3. Connections and publishing instructions
Connecting an account grants the permissions shown by that platform during authorization. Depending on the platform and approved permissions, the integration may read account information, upload media, publish posts, retrieve publishing results and analytics, or modify associated content. Some authorization screens request broad permissions that include deletion. Granting access does not itself instruct us to delete your platform content.
A saved draft is not an instruction to publish. Submitting a post for immediate publication, scheduling it, or enabling an agreed publishing automation instructs the service to send the selected content to the selected account under the chosen settings. Review the destination, media, caption, visibility and timing before submission. Changes made after a publishing request has reached a platform may not stop that request.
Actions through the API can have the same effect as actions in the interface. Anyone holding a workspace API key must be authorized to issue those instructions. An OAuth connection alone does not authorize a daily publishing automation or tournament broadcast.
4. Content and permitted use
You retain your rights in submitted content. You authorize the operator to store, process and transmit it as necessary to carry out your publishing instructions. That authorization does not transfer ownership of the content.
Submit content only when you have the necessary rights and permissions, including for music, images, recordings and identifiable people. Follow applicable law and the destination platform's rules, including advertising and AI-content disclosures where required. Do not use the service for account impersonation, unauthorized access, spam, harassment, unlawful material or infringement.
5. Platform terms and availability
The service uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. TikTok and Instagram features, when connected, remain subject to their respective TikTok terms and Instagram terms.
The integration is independently operated and is not endorsed by those platforms or by the Postiz software project. A platform may restrict permissions, revoke access, limit visibility, require review or reject content. A sandbox connection does not establish permission to publish publicly. We do not guarantee account eligibility, API approval, delivery at an exact time, uninterrupted service, reach or engagement.
6. Disconnecting and ending access
You can stop using the integration, revoke its authorization in the platform's account settings, and request removal of your local connection and data using the contact above. Cancel pending publishing jobs as well: revoking an account connection does not remove content already published on that platform.
We may restrict access or pause publishing to address suspected unauthorized activity, unlawful use, security incidents, maintenance or platform requirements. Where practicable, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to recover permitted access.
7. Responsibility and changes
The operator will exercise reasonable care in running the service. No provision excludes liability or limits rights where doing so is prohibited by applicable law. You remain responsible for the accounts you connect and the publishing instructions you issue.
We will identify material changes to these terms and ask you to accept changes before using materially changed features where necessary. Changes do not retroactively authorize new uses of your content or account data. Contact [email protected] with questions about these terms.
